Knotty Pine is located along the banks of the Provo River in the foothills of the Unita-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Hike, bike, and snowmobile your way through the vast mountain range. Our facilities include a clubhouse, pool, basketball court, Starlink Wi-Fi, really nice bathhouses, and direct access to the river.

Knotty Pine is minutes from State Highway 35 along the Provo River. We are about a half hour from Jordanlle State Park in Kamas, Utah—a half-hour to Park City and just under an hour to Salt Lake City.

Pine tree groves and hundred-year-old junipers surround the park. We’re dog-friendly and the perfect basecamp to settle in with friends and family.

Meet the hosts

Tracy and Dave
Tracy loves planning kids craft events for every Saturday at the park and keeping the ground pristine. You can usually find Dave at the pool area, making sure it’s sparkling for guests! Dave also enjoys fishing along the Provo River which runs along the property. If you see them in the park, say hello, meeting new guests and returning guests makes their day!
